Personally, my experience at Gwinnett Place Honda ...

Personally, my experience at Gwinnett Place Honda has been pretty poor. We purchased our 2011 Odyssey Touring from Mall of Georgia Honda after we were told, by the salesman at Gwinnett Place Honda, to buy a Toyota Sienna, when we told him what the price of a similarly-equipped Sienna was at the Toyota dealership down the street. Gwinnett Place Honda is geographically closer to our house, so we continue to use their service department for maintenance. Since our purchase, we have had two major mechanical issues with the Odyssey, one was partially fixed (transmission torque converter) and one (a loud popping sound from the front struts) continues to elude the service techs. I took the car there yesterday, sat for two hours, and the front popping noise is even worse than when I took it in. It would take a miracle for me to purchase our next car from this dealership.
