I was quite determined to get a seat even though they were booked for days. I called and the very nice lady said that if I waited early before they open I might be able to grab one of the open seats at the bar. I went an hour early and it worked! Sean was our sushi chef and he was friendly, engaging, and very helpful with his recommendations. One of the best in the country for sure.
