The hotel is a little dated and not modern. The dining experience is not of the same quality as your other ShangriLa properties. For example, I stayed a few weeks back at your hotel in Bangalore and that was a far superior experience and not much more expensive. My main issue is the absolutely ridiculous price of car rental - you charge almost double the room rate for hiring a car for the day. I did not have time to research other car hire options so had to rent a car from the hotel but the price was far too high and not at all worth it.
