I have made repetitive phone calls for warranty work through Melanie in Service and left several messages. In turn to receive nothing back. I have had leaking oil cooler lines for months on my GMC Canyon and a faulty radio that was repaired however has crapped out again.

After leaving approximately 8 messages and over 20 phone calls over the last few months I'm completely done dealing with this service shop. Another message which was left just this week in regards to the warranty work. I will be taking my service elsewhere.

The last few times I've called to see if the parts were in stock (which should have been on their end to let me know parts had arrived) I would leave messages for the service department to book me in. Leaving name and number every time, like always nothing in return. I will be trading the vehicle in in this condition down the street for the Blue oval logo. First and Last GM purchase in my lifetime.

Not impressed.
