If you are not their member, be aware of you donation receipts never get to you on time.

This is my second year to do the begging for my tax receipt. Last year their excuse is that they were change some kind of system. This year still the same delay. They don t even response to your phone calls or emails within 3-4 business days.

It s now almost the mid of February, I am still not receiving my receipt. I ve email them twice without any productive response.
I ve given them a send chance. Even my donation amount (less than $2k) is tiny in their eyes, I decide to make this statement that I ll never donate money to them again.
