The situation that I was in Adult protective service had gotten involved. Mrs reese expedited my case and help get an inspection appointment date in a days time. Also the constable (mr eastley? Older black man) was going back n forth helping PLUS the lady at window 5 (nov 19th) I waited as long as necessary for them to help me. I always said Please and Thank you. My interaction with EVERYONE that day was AMAZING.
