I am an IHG member and have stayed at many from Seattle to Little Rock. This stay was poor to say the least. We did not have towels or soap after the first night, and front desk did not answer when called. I had to go down in the morning for towels and obviously, they knew there was an issue, because towels were waiting for guests. Lack luster service must be normal and acceptable at this IHG property, because everyone acted like this is common. Rooms are sub-par and for a Dallas location, below average. We may try Hilton properties next time.
