After being hit by a car door and having no idea what to do about it, Zach, Stuart and Dillon came to my rescue. They helped me in so many ways from getting a police report filed to help with finding GOOD doctors and all the way down to getting my case wrapped up during a pandemic. I was included in every step of the process even if I couldn t be there physically. I worked most closely with Zach. He has the BEST attitude and made me feel very comfortable with everything. I have experienced working with a different law firm in the past and they never made me feel like I was a person. I was always just another number and spoke to different people all the time. NOT HERE! I was always able to speak with Zach and he was very prompt with communication. When Covid-19 hit, I was certain I would have to wait for everything to reopen to finish my case. I was wrong! They were able to conduct the meeting via zoom and close the case in great time. I was well prepared for every meeting I had because of Zach and Stuart. I couldn't have felt more comfortable with something that can be so stressful.
Dillon was also super helpful with filing the police report and getting documents notarized during Covid. I was so confused about the process and he made it seamless for me!
