Terrible. I was training as a manager and was set up to fail. Would stay away from this place it's super sketch . Heard the state was getting involved as well. Clients are amazing staff are to aggressive and management only cares about the $$ and ignore important calls and texts !! Stay away from here

I have worked for Eaton Alliance for over three years and I continue to learn and benefit from the job. I started out as an entry level staff and since moved up to assistant and then manager. In each capacity I have had wonderful experiences and worked along side some amazing individuals. This company really lives up to their mantra to strive to be the kind of provider we would entrust our loved ones to as they are a very client centered company.

Eaton provides a wonderful service. They were a fantastic and caring employer that provides training and oversight to make sure everyone is comfortable to taking care of their clients. Their motto is to be the type of provider that they wish their loved ones would have. A great option for anyone that needs some respite care or additional help for a loved one with limited physical and mental abilities.

I had such a good experience working at Eaton Alliance. The staff and management made everything so much fun. They were really flexible with your schedule as well! I would definitely recommend working here if you want to have a great experience!

I worked the summer program and I loved it! Sarah, the manager, was the sweetest and best manager I have ever had! She will work with your schedule and she is very understanding when conflicts arise. The program coordinator, Mykayla, is amazing too. She took the time to get to know the staff and the clients. Both of these leaders saw themselves equally as important as their staff. They both really care about their clients and want the best for them. The assisted managers, Krishelle and Jesse, were very helpful along with caring. They really added to the Tyler Program and helped it succeed. This is my favorite job I have ever had and I m sad i m moving and won t be able to work here anymore! Compared to other places I have worked, this program was VERY organized. I knew what we were doing each week and what clients I was helping. I have LOVED my time working at Eatin Alliance!

I ve loved working for Eaton Alliance over the summer. It s challenging but in a way that makes everyday fun and a new adventure. You will never be bored! The managers are easy to work with and accommodating. The Cleveland daysite manager, Mykayla, really cares about all the clients and takes a personal interest in every single one of them as well as her staff!

Eaton Alliance is an amazing program! The clients and staff are always doing fun activities in the community. All of the staff want the best for the clients and work hard to help them grow and achieve their goals.

I worked with this company for over 3 years to only find out that they took my management position away with no explanation as to why and constantly talked behind my back leaving the bad environment was the best thing I could do for myself! Never been happier.

Eaton Alliance has a great summer program for anyone that loves working with children with special needs. The kids are so sweet and every day was so much fun taking them into public to do different fun things! My direct manager was Sam, he is great! Very friendly and gets along with everyone, he is very understanding and gets things taken care of.
