The hotel is really cool and I like the huge bathrooms with a shower big enough for a horse, but for god's sake, fix the key card situation. You have to swipe your card to get to your floor in the elevator and it takes 50 swipes to get it to work. There are literally people stuck going up and down in the elevator all day and night because their cards don't work every time you get on the elevator. If another person hails the elevator before you get it to recognize your card it will start moving and skip your floor. My card quit working to my room twice and had to go down and get another one. Another couple staying there with the wedding party got locked out of their room and the hotel couldn't get any card to work. They literally had to take the door off the hinges so they could retrieve their belongings the next day. On my way out, another couple was angry in the elevator because they had been in there for 10 minutes and couldn't get either of their key cards to work. It's almost comical how bad they are. We were on the 8th floor and took the stairs a couple times because we ran out of patience.
