I have never had a bad experience at an Enterprise Rent- A-Car.

These guys are driven to satisfy and provide an outstanding customer experience. If you have a problem with your reservation or need to make changes to your existing reservation, the person at the counter will take care of you.

The team members that come to mind at the Vanderbilt branch are Manny and Cherika. Manny started working on my reservation but, then another customer came in after me with special request so they assigned Manny to her and Cherika took over where Manny left, off for my reservation. The transition and service was excellent. Even the lady with the special request was taken care of politely and treated with care.

I am confused when people post a bad experience about Enterprise.
