Called for Jenny in receiving because I was 2 hr...

Called for Jenny in receiving because I was 2 hrs. ahead of pickup appt. Left message explaining, never got a call back. Showed up 1hr, 45min before appt time and was told it will just be a few mins till we get you in. They didn t get to me till 1hr AFTER appt time and still one hour to load. XPO truck in and out after I had a few pallets on. Office said it will just be a few mins. In this ELD world, time is money and drivers pay/lose when ship/rec is not on the ball. Maybe it was just a Monday?!
