They are good at selling you appliances, but they are not honest to the costumers, I bought full appliances for my kitchen and the only piece that was from their clearance section was the fridge which the associate assured me that has no problem. After delivery, the handle could not be installed and when I called them they say that the warranty is not with them and I have to call the company (I paid 300 bucks for the warranty from appliance Canada!). I have called the company and still waiting for the handle to shipped after 2 month and spending at least 3 hours on the phone with the manufacturer!
For the delivery they expect you to be home and wait for them to show up at least for half a day, they show up late and the delivery guys are not that polite. I asked them to remove the doors as the fridge was to big to go through the door, and the guys said it is not our job, they left and a technician had to come to do such a simple thing after few days and wasting half of my work day!
I wont be shopping from Appliance Canad again! If you are shopping there, do not buy the extra warranty they are offering, it's just a scam!
