I had bought a bathroom face basin faucet from the Portmore Branch . The faucet cost $8000+gct . Item sold a chrome but start stripping within less than 6 months after fitted. I ve asked to have items exchanged and was told No bluntly by the store manager . Items like this with such high price tag you expect them to last for minimum 5yrs . I am extremely disappointed as I have spent well over $40 000 cash in store . I ve also got sold a factory fault pedestal basin that should have be clearly a reject a asking price . I was unable to see the fault as they have used enamel paint to cover it up. This company is a rip off and only care about digging as much money as they can from customers with their knock off cheap china goods selling at high prices . People please do not make the same mistake as I have as it is costly . After spending just under $500 000 on my luxury bathroom , this nasty fake item tarnish the beauty of my home . I worked hard for my money no scamming or free handout got given to me . EVERYONE AVOID SHOPPING AT JAMAICA PLUMBING SUPPLIES .
