Bad service, we were never asked if we wanted more water or given an apology/explanation for the ridiculous wait.

We had a bad experience here. Came to Fralos at 620pm on a Sunday with my parents and my daughter. They weren t busy and we seated ourselves, it took a while (about 10 minutes) for someone to come wait on us but they eventually came, took our drink order and left.

I had my one year old with me and when I asked for a high chair the waiter told me they few they had were being used but we had dibs when they freed up. Including us there were 10 tables being used (I would say the restaurant was 20% full). They only had 2 high chairs. Which I think is ridiculous being that the restaurant is surrounded by family neighborhoods.

Took another 10 minutes for my dad to get a beer and it took AN HOUR for the one pizza we ordered to reach our table. Again, they weren t busy, we were one of 10 tables. I saw people who arrived before well after us, drink, eat, and leave before our pizza got to us. We didn t have a complicated order and they were not short staffed, in fact there was so much staff I was surprised because there were so few people at the restaurant.

The pizza was decent, nothing super special and definitely NOT worth waiting 1 hour 20 minutes for... especially not with a hungry toddler on my lap.

Overall would not recommend. Especially if you have a family or care at all about efficient service.
