The staffs need more training in terms of "customer service." I went there with my friends from overseas just to have them experience shooting guns one night. When the staff (don't remember the name but he had nasty looking stomach sticking out of this shirt). He said he had to check my guns on the counter and started, I don't even know what it was, BSing. I felt like I am doing something terribly wrong in front of my guests. But when I had thinking about it, I did nothing wrong or illegal. His notion was that all my magazines were loaded and they were same as I am carrying a loaded gun. The staff members are arrogant and careless of what their customers feels. I brought busiensses to the place and instead of rewarding me with discounts or at least some pat in the back... they arrogantly mistreat you like a dirt.

The staff was highly trained to "ruin" their customer's day? Is it wast it was? Thanks to that unprofessional staff, my clients had a bad impression of me and the beautiful part is that they never ever want to visit the bayarea anymore.

The shooting range should use more cleaning if they are going to charge like $17 an hour (I never went back there ever since so I don't know how much they charge now). Not only cleaning, they should fix when things are broken (lane winch, lighting, ... and so on.).

The entire business is geared towards: 1. making easy money; 2. making the owner and staffers happy; 3. making their customers happy if necessary and not all the time.

I might go back when absolutely have no second choice but I will always try to avoid this shooting range. I really don't have idea why they are running the business? They might enjoy harrasing their own customers.
