I wanted to say that the loan officer ,Tyler Smith, has been working on our loan. He listened to our specific situation and answered every question. When we called and left a message, he immediately returned our calls. When we were going through the stressful expectancy and doubts, he never said anything negative, instead he gave us hope that everything was going to be ok. We don't know much about mortgages, but we do recognize great service when we receive it, and yesterday we received our approval on our loan in less than two weeks. We know that he must have an amazing team behind him that made our dream come true. This is a five star company and we will recommend CREFCO to our friends and family.
