Took my CPO car in for a check engine light (but had other minor issues I wanted resolved and when I scanned the car before I took it in found some other Audi VAG codes). I wound up putting together a pretty big list, with pictures, and provided it to my service consultant Tie. She was not intimidated and took that list and put it in the system, got me set up with a loaner, and called me several days later to pick up the repaired car. When I showed up, car was washed and ready with all the little detailed work addressed as well as the big items. I feel this was handled well.
