I purchased some very expensive cookware that was on sale in the spring of this year. I noticed the cookware started peeling. I reached out to the store where I made the purchase and request a replacement. I was told to bring the set back. I packed the entire set up and brought it back to the store. The floor manager was rude and refused to take ownership that the product I purchased from them was defective. He asked me what do you want me to do with it? Needless to say he didn't give dam that the cookware was peeling and my family and I could get sick from it!. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT Macy's AGAIN.
