I have had the bad luck of using your e-mail service and it works slow. On many occasions, work emails were sent to other teammates (either from the same company or other consulting companies) and the mail could take up to 4 hours to arrive. Same situation in receiving an answer. This type of failure occurred every week and of course we never had a solution. I also had problems with my mailbox and the best solution they had was to change my account by adding a 1 at the end of my last name, generating more problems.
