Im a loyal Mazda owner, but with some hesitation i decided to give chevy a try. I first received a call from Silvia, who was very polite and enthusiastic about me visiting, which I liked right away. We made an appointment right away and when I showed up 2 hours later, I walked into this brand new shiny dealership, my expectations were as high as the eye can see. When I approached the desk, some guy in rags and with no apparent dress code sat legs wide open and asked if I was being helped. I asked for Silvia and after about 10 minutes she came up to me and said if I had changed my plans... I thought I had an appointment with this lady but she did not even know who I was or that I had spoken to her 2 hours prior. Then Mr. Rags was going to take care of me, at this point I felt like - and I should have - walked out but decided to stay against my better judgement. I was ready to walk out with a new car and I knew I was upside down with my current car, bottom line is - this was the worst experience I have ever had with any dealership, they didn't even try to appear like they knew me or what I wanted. The guy even told me that I shouldn't get it because it was expensive, what kind of comment is that? Had they been more professional I would've not mind one bit paying the 7k upfront because I loved the car. I'm going back to Mazda, at least they are good with getting my money and they truly work for it.
