I recently worked with this company for a project and had a somewhat satisfactory experience. The website layout was user-friendly and easy to navigate, which made finding information convenient. However, the response time from customer service was slower than expected, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my inquiries. The quality of the work delivered was average, and I felt like there was room for improvement in terms of attention to detail. On the positive side, the team was polite and professional, and they did try their best to address my concerns. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I believe there is potential for them to enhance their services.
