I love this place great staff great residents this place actually became my home I am currently employed here and do no plan on leaving no time soon because we family

Caring staff, great food, and fun events all the time for the residents.

Feels like home for my mom. This is my 1st experience with memory care and I have to say I got really lucky picky this place. Sandy the director is awesome and Lilly the lady in charge of my moms house is fantastic and extremely caring. I looked at other places, more expensive places and this just felt right. I would highly recommend checking it out.

Best place around! My aunt was here for 13 years & was treated very well. Great care for less money!

Place is great only issue I ran into was the community charge. I was inform that every time I want to bring my father-in-law back I would be charged the community fee again. That for me would be every year, being that I just need a place for him for 4- 5 months out of the year. Other than that their one price on memory care is not bad.

This place is wonderful, so glad that I was lucky enough to choose Palm Cottages as a place to live for my mother. The staff is warm, inviting, and really seem to care.

Horrible! Taken over by new management a year ago! I hesitated to leave a review because I wanted to give them the benifit of the doubt. Cant wait anymore. Workers are treated the worst, residents are dying from common sickness. If you care about your family stay FAR AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

The palm cottages are a fantastic place. The people who work there are loving and caring to the resident. The events are fun. And the cottages itself are just gorgeous. Highly recommend! And good job hard working staff! You make this place a home starting with the friendly front desk staff and to the hard working CNA s- truly! Love all the resident here too.

My mom is a fairly new resident who is recovering from a bump on her head. So far I would say everything has been great. The staff are very accommodating and especially now there rules have been eased so visiting is easier. Also picking my mom up for church, family dinners, appointments etc. has been very convenient.
