Failed to take my food order. I ordered the first time and they had a system issue, the money from my card went to the careem wallet. They asked me to reorder and use the credit. Surprise, surprise, the order was cancelled because they did not have available drivers. I asked them to refund the money back to the card and now I have a negative careem balance. Great customer service. Instead of compensating you are penalizing customers. Keep it up! Customer centric
