Quick lane service was good but customer service overall is seriously lacking! I went in to get an oil change on my vehicle and had found out previously that I had a recall on it. When I went in I asked about it they said they'd have to look into it while I was there. While in there I also scheduled my husband's vehicle to come in for a service issue and at least that got taken care of but still no update from anyone about the recall on my vehicle! I ended up leaving and then found out that the date and time I scheduled my husband's vehicle service wouldn't work with his schedule so I tried to call in to change it. Receptionist transferred me to George's voicemail and I left a brief message. No call that day, no follow up calls at all! I understand they are busy but it would be nice to at least receive some type of response! My husband finally had to call 4 days later and was able to reschedule at last but, to me, that is HORRIBLE customer service! I guess I was spoiled as the Ken Grody Ford Dealership in California was always super busy all the time, but they NEVER EVER left a customer waiting on the update status of their vehicle, or never returned a call on the same day about any issues! Unless there's a recall that I absolutely have to take my vehicle here I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere for future services!
