This was the most horrendous treatment of a genuin...

This was the most horrendous treatment of a genuinely and visibly injured person. I realized shortly that this is a teaching Hospital because no one had any answers to the simplest questions , such as, is there a drinking fountain or may I have something to drink? I live in Las Vegas where Medical Care is getting tight because the population growth But even with our challenges, I have never seen anybody so mistreated as the patients in the waiting-room at UC Irvine Medical Center.
I arrived at 10:30 in the morning with an unknown element attacking my foot. I left just before dark with no diagnosis and no Comfort or care!! If that wasn't torture enough the phlebotomist pulling blood punctured THROUGH my veins twice. If that wasn't torture enough, I watched while a grown man, crying from pain, his wife repeatedly asking for quicker assistance for his pain in the waiting room for over 20 minutes while no one, and I mean no one attempted to help this man. I was left in the waiting room for hours and hours on end , unable to make my way to the check-in counter to ask what am I waiting for. What is happening next? In my experience on this Easter Sunday nobody wanted to work and everybody was angry at patients that needed attention ! I was Triaged, never ordered pain meds, never given assistant to even provide minimal elevation of the massive swelling and inflammation happening to my toes, feet, ankles and symptoms were moving up the leg while WAITING AND WAITING. My pain I left was so acute that I had tears rolling down my cheeks.
I ultimately left ... the triage Dr. misdiagnosed my condition. Google was more knowledgeable and helpful then UC Irvine Medical Center and staff !!! There Were Strangers on the street that were more compassionate as they tried to get myself into my car than any so-called professional inside that facility!!
Don't ever go there on a holiday!!
