They better have amazing sales people, because Toyota Sunnyvale are horrible neighbors. I have the misfortune to live on the street behind their service department, and today and almost every day there is non-stop honking and car alarms going off. I kept track for 10 minutes, of these there were two minutes with no honking or a car alarm. I hope the employees and management are forced to live here and have their weekends ruined. I will be going to Stevens Creek for my next Toyota.

Edit: despite the attempt to appear responsive (see below), calling the service department manager and even the police/neighborhood preservation has resulted in zero improvement. My review stands with the addition that if they treat potential customers with lip service, how do they treat a captive audience?
