Having bought at his shop BERMA2000 of Tres Cantos...

Having bought at his shop BERMA2000 of Tres Cantos: 2 mobiles with their covers and screensavers (for a total of 700 euros) one of the screensavers was NOT the right one for the mobile, telling me that if I had problems they would change it. Not being adequate, it fell and broke, but neither the store nor MOVISTAR took charge of the replacement and I had to pay another one of the appropriate model for 17 euros.
Bad treatment and deceptions to sell.
