I hate going inside to pay my bill . I used to be able to just go up to the counter and pay your bill. NOw you have to log into a computer and a lot of older people don't know how to do that .There are people there waiting to initiate service, people with broken receivers remotes, and people who just want to pay their bill and get the heck out of there
