It was my first time at this salon. Staff are friendly and it did look clean. I m unhappy with the service because it wasn t done properly. I get keratin treatments every 3 to 5 months so I know the process very well. Debbie skipped whole last part where she has to wash my hair after she seals the product with a straightener and blow dry my hair so it s isn t sticky. I usually pay 300$ to get this done and they charged me 537$ so it s already way more when the phone girl told me it was 350$. Next time you charge someone top dollar at least make sure the job is done through and correctly. I will not be back.
