I had a small issue with billing. In my mind I believed when I called I'd spend an hour dealing with the issue. Nothing could be further from the truth.

On the first ring to the hotel my call was answered. Within 3 minutes everything was fixed.

Can you please train the rest of the hotel industry to provide the same level of service you do?
