Overall is was a fairly painless and mostly positive experience in buying a new car from Dick Scott. I worked with Antwone Bedford who was very laid back. I would only mention a few issues that I had: they forgot to install my vacuum and compressor and they accidentally sold me wheel locks twice. They did take care of both of these issues promptly. I did not feel overly pressured by the finance office to purchase extra coverage but they did not clearly explain a 24$ optional charge. They applied many incentives, but on a post tax basis. They showed my a dealer generated invoice but not the manufacturer invoice. I never asked for in but in hindsight I wish I had. The Friends and Family pricing was a little confusing since it was done at the very end and not built into the paperwork. It seemed a little shady that I was asked to sign and initial blank documents for that part of the pricing. Overall a positive experience that led to owning a beautiful car but I would pay more attention to the things I mentioned if I had to do it over again.
