Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Veronica at front desk and Bruno at the Hotel de Glace desk. Rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable. Lots of activities--inside and out. We also stayed in the ice hotel overnight and it was a really amazing experience. The only thing lacking was the food/drinks...portions are small and a little overpriced. Sports bar was only open 4 to 8. Hotel de Glace bar had good drinks but the size of double shots for $9 and up. They cost more due to the ice glasses.
