The first purchase I made had a problem since the CPU arrived damaged and a component was missing, to return it I had to follow a process that took several days, although once the refund arrived it was made in less than a week.

The following products that I buy arrived very well and are working correctly, what would be nice would be if the delivery time was a little shorter.
