I had a great experience with the Rochester Honda ...

I had a great experience with the Rochester Honda service department...Dennis Thompson was professional and quick to assist with my Pilot issue. Knowing that my car needed to be at the shop longer than I had anticipated, he quickly offered a loaner for me to go about my day without any inconvenience.
