Not five star but very good in many ways. Went fully inclusive on a deal from Secret Escapes with Fleetway. Not so secret the hotel was full 400+ rooms and at end of November. The weather and it's day 4 of our 10 days has been glorious wall to wall sunshine temperatures 23C to 20C. Lovely bay area Coral Bay at least 30 mins bus ride out of Paphos. If you want nightlife this is not for you. Very quiet but hotel does lots in the evening a bar for disco groups live etc and a bar area with pianist and sax player for we older people. Staff are very pleasant and helpful so far can't fault them. We came on an all inclusive deal but won't do so again as we certainly don't get the benefit of paying the extra. My husband says as far as he can tell it's useful cos money not needed to be carried around all the time. Period! The food though plentiful is not always quality. It LOOKS amazing presentation excellent but we have eaten better in Gran Canaria and Fuertevenrtura on half board. Day four and no fish?!! Unbelievable in a five star! Only prawns as frozen in UK and octopus. On fully inclusive you access three restaurants. Coral for Thai (pre bookable) and adults only breakfast. Calypso a free for all every meal! And The Rotisserie advertised as a la carte and pre bookable. Disappointed! Very busy very slow service food not so special at all and staff not coping. Not sure we will go again but may if fish offered. We are missing our fish!!!? Buffet offers lots for breakfast usual yogurt fruit limited selection, cold meat n cheeses, dates NO NUTS which we miss, cereals French and local pastries, cooked English but the young man cooking omelette hasn't a clue they are flip cooked not folded and are dry and rubbery. Lunch by the pool
is very limited and my salad was brown lettuce leaves. Wont try that again. Much recycled food which I applaud but not always edible e.g. chicken dry and overcooked in sauces, lamb cuts are neck of lamb etc very cheap cuts. Puddings not eaten one since The Rotisserie restaurant. So many of them look delicious but lack content. Tend to be lots of mousse style not very appetising. Rooms we had a suite in a quiet location but a long way from reception. This suited us! Huge room very comfortable beds and pillows a huge plus for we aged travellers!!! We did have company though , a praying mantis hanging on the curtains! Oh boy watch out for mosquitoes too. We came for a rest! We got what we expected but not five star!
