I've called for the past 3 days no help this is the worst internet company I've ever had my hotspot on my phone is better do not get delcom I have not had service maby a few day of the month I want my money back but nobody has called back you pay for something and get nothing

Called to report a problem and they were supposed to be here Wednesday or Thursday,no one ever called or came by. It's Friday and my husband can't complete his work because no internet- I called again ... Still waiting for service repair. :(

Not happy with the service at all. Reported issues and they claimed to fix it. Never fixed the problems after my wifi had been down for a week. Reported it again and they told me if have to wait until the next week. Would give no stars but thats not an option in order to review. 0/5 stars

Out of every week you will surely not have internet access for 2 day, the internet is sooo expensive for the client not to have a good costumer service. Can't they have someone at the office past 5pm so they can help us? Like im just tired of paying good amount of money for such a poor service and plus I can tell you rn ive been with them for like a little more than a year and i will tell you i have not struggled so much with a service. A piece of advice that you wont regret is to go get your internet elsewhere even at windstrem almost half of the price for the same speed or sudden link is great but honestly dont get delcom it will be your one worst mistake. You will loose signal if it rains, if theres wind, if theres 1 cloud in the sky, if a cat walks down the street, if a dog barks, if you breath inside the wifi area. Its just ridiculous honestly, how i see it, for such a bad internet service, the only time they can help is from like 10am-5pm, and not having a stable connection they should really concider on reducing their price up to a 65%.

When someone actually answers the phone, I have had all issues dealt with rapidly. Unfortunately, the internet service is something to be ashamed of. At least twice a day for roughly half an hour each time I lose service completely. When I do have service the speeds fluctuate drastically. I am paying for one of their upper tier plans, (9mbs), and my speed fluctuates between 1mbs to below 100 kbs frequently. There is fiber service a couple hundred feet away, but they will or cannot run it to my residence. Sadly, the other internet services in the area are not any better.
