I loved this hotel. From Winie at reservations who helped us rejig our entire holida, to Mega at the front desk who ALWAYS had a big smile...we loved it. The restaurant downstairs 'THE DECK' was a highlight as were the giant rooms, extraordinary views, and huge pools. I hope to return at somepoint - was a highlight of our Bali trip.
