They told me to get a new roof. I did. Sent ALL the documentation they requested. NO ONE REVIEWED IT. They cancelled me. I reported them to the state insurance commissioner . If you can't trust them to do what they need to do when you DON'T need them, do you think you can trust them when you NEED them?
