Review of Titan Solar

I signed my sales agreement the first week of Marc...

I signed my sales agreement the first week of March 2020. The first city inspection on May 29, 2020 failed as the power inverter installed (3800) did not match the plan paperwork showing a 7600. The purchase agreement showed the 3800.
Corrected plans were dropped off a couple of weeks later. The second city inspection on June 24,2020 failed due to the original fuses installed being for a 7600 inverter not the 3800 installed.
Titan installers came on June 26th to replace Disconnect #2 with a 30 amp. A 60 amp was originally installed. My husband asked that they please verify that the other components were all correct. It was only then that they discovered the #1 Disconnect was also incorrect. The crew said they would return on Monday. They did not.
Wednesday, July 1st, Titan installers returned to correct this issue.
City inspection finally passed July 9th. I contacted my electric provider on the 17th to see if I was on their schedule. They had not been contacted as of that day. I received an email on the 18th to make me aware of the appointment on August 7, 2020.
My payments began in July. The sales office expected the solar to be in use 30-45 days prior to the first payment...Not!!
With the exception of a CSR at Titan named Sarah, I have not had anyone willing to accept any responsibility for all the errors made on my installation. Many excuses and downplaying how they have handled my account.
Do your homework and read reviews. Negligence and lack of attention to detail are not acceptable anywhere, but in an electrical application these would seem to me to be inexcusable.
