I called to ask about my data usage for the month ...

I called to ask about my data usage for the month and how much data we used daily. The operator was extremely helpful in explaining all the data related questions. Once this was completed he also went on to look at my current plan and made some suggestions as to how to improve.
He was professional and insightful with a clear understanding of the products available
The whole experience was so positive it made my Saturday. I unfortunately can t recall the operators name but Thankyou.
