Since 2011 I have purchased 3 computers from this company. Lately my most recent PC has been giving errors and restarting. I informed Computer alliance and was not impressed by the attitude of one of their staff. There's always one bad apple I guess. I was told the issue was covered by warranty even though the PC is only 2 months old. It appeared to be driver issue and apparently they are not covered even though a driver could be updated the day after the PC was picked up. I will not be buying from this company again. This salesperson was rude and arrogant and I would rather pay another party to fix the issue than set foot in that store again.
