I took my 2003 Sport Trac in after it was fixed ...

I took my 2003 Sport Trac in after it was fixed by another shop that had it 5 different times (for a total of 2&1/2 weeks)to fix the same problem. They could never get it fixed. I was treated horribly by this shop. Flash Auto (Jerry and Mike) were wonderful. Mike diagnosed my problem fixed my truck and I got it back within 36 hours. He replaced all the parts that the other shop replaced twice. He made sure that the job was done RIGHT!! Let me add, this was a clutch issue, I am a female daughter of a mechanic and know my way around a vehicle. I have been driving a manual transmission vehicle for 45 years and have NEVER burned up a clutch I average 150,000 miles on a clutch. The first shop insulted me by telling me I burnt up the clutch when it was just poor workmanship on their part. Now, thanks to Mike and Jerry at Flash Auto my truck shifts perfectly. Job well done!!!! They were very understanding and 100% respectful. I will NEVER go any place else.
