I ordered my first bike from Bike24 and have been very satisfied so far. The ordering process was straightforward, the price was comparatively cheap. Communication from Bike24 was exemplary. Unfortunately, the shipping company did not announce the delivery date by phone, so I unfortunately had to wait for the second delivery attempt over Easter. However, this does NOT affect Bike24. The delivery worked today. The bike was packed properly and I have not found any defects so far. So far I can recommend BIke24.
