Waited over 15 minutes on hold for CS Rep. Never got to talk to anyone and no meaningful way to manage your account online. This company is horrible.
Update 9/26: UHEAA reached out to me and solved my account issues and Michelle was very helpful and professional. I appreciate that they made things right. This wasn't the first or even second customer service issue with UHEAA and there still needs to be more responsive customer service reps and more account support online but I was happy with this outcome.
