My wife and I just purchased a used car from Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham and the experience was great from start to finish. The location is conveniently located right off the highway and next to the Derby Street shopping center, and the facility is very nice. We were welcomed as we walked in the door by a receptionist, and only a minute or two after checking in the General Manager came down to meet us and introduce us to our Sales Consultant, Marcus Karam. Marcus walked us through the entire process of purchasing the car, took us for a test drive, and answered every question we had about the buying process and the car itself. Initially we intended on shopping around, but we got such a good impression from this dealership that we didn't bother going anywhere else. Also, their smart pricing had our vehicle priced as low as any comparable vehicle we'd found in our search. We're very happy with our car, and Marcus made the process way easier than we'd imagined it would be. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham to anyone looking for a new or used car.
