A jacket was left in the hotel. The next day, I called the reception to find out if it was found. The Lord informed me that the hotel staff will check. After 10 minutes I got a phone, there's no jacket. Not giving up, I went to the hotel personally, searched the place where the jacket could be found, after talking to the cleaning staff it turned out that the day before was brought to the reception and was in the reception closet, which no one from the current reception staff knew .

I set the above opinion under the influence of emotions related to disappointment and the need to spend time searching for a lost jacket. It can be seen that the quick reaction of Mrs. Dorota testifies to the care of hotel guests and the reputation of the hotel.
I rate the quality of hotel services positively, and the incident with a lost thing, whose source to be honest was my inattention I treat as a single situation, hence the change in my hotel rating.
