Brought our Chevy Cruze in (again) for a leak that we noticed. We had a 1pm appointment on a Tuesday but we brought up the night before so that we wouldn t have to worry about getting it there on time due to work schedules. When called in to inquire about the status around 4pm on day of appointment we were told that the car still had even been looked at. Called again morning of next day and once again told not even looked at! Not until 5pm, 25 hrs past scheduled appointment time, we get a call saying that our car is next to be pulled in!! We gat a call the following morning saying that the water pump has a leak, that GM is aware of is a problem, but the part is on back order and they don t know when it will be available again!!! Instead of offering a loaner car they say, It s ok to drive around town, just make sure you always top off the coolant, with the special orange kind for GM cars only ($18 a bottle), so that when it leaks your car doesn t overheat ! This is the worst experience ever from a dealership repair! I will never be going back again! Horrible customer service, horrible communication and how do you not a part anywhere in the United States to fix my car in a timely manner. There statement to us was, We don t know when the part will be available, could be a couple of days, could be a month. We just don t know
How is this even possible?!!!
If you want a pleasant experience take your vehicle elsewhere for repairs and service. I recommend Telle Tire and Auto in Fenton. Always friendly, honest and reliable.
