My best chocolatier in Paris, by far, after having tried them all, for more than 20 years. Return of the Gianduja, smaller but still extremely excellent. A real hard drug, pure (no soya lecithin, pure cocoa butter), to be consumed without moderation. A small disappointment on the new collection of casts, less traditional and already seen elsewhere, even a little "vulgar" with their garish dyes (Halloween pumpkin, pump). To watch, hoping that this name never falls into the low-end commercial of general public signs.
