I recently ordered a bouquet of flowers from Flowers By Voegler LTD and I must say, I was incredibly disappointed with the quality. The flowers were wilted and looked nothing like the picture on their website. The customer service was also terrible, with no apology or offer to rectify the situation. I will definitely not be ordering from them again.
